In-sale service
1. In the sales process, our professionals will provide furniture
configuration schemes, computer-aided drawing design, and provide some CAD
designs and renderings;
2. The members of the special case team prepare the schedule according to
the progress of the project to cooperate with the progress, and supervise
and coordinate the furniture installation and connection work on the project
site.
After-sale training
1. Normal maintenance during the warranty period:
Free quality inspection for 5 years (from the date of delivery to
acceptance, free quality warranty for customers within 5 years. During the

the national standards. )
Maintenance (send professionals to visit and product maintenance every three
months; carry out large-scale maintenance and overhaul at the end of each

2. Normal maintenance after the expiration of the warranty period:
Maintenance service charging standard (warranty period: if it is a problem
of the company, no fee will be charged for maintenance and replacement; If
it is due to improper use by the user, poor storage and other reasons other
than our company, our company will be free of charge at its discretion; For
serious damage, our company charges the cost of materials.
Outside the warranty period: Our company continues to provide warm service,
the time to arrive at the maintenance site remains unchanged,
the quality remains unchanged, and only the lowest material cost is charged.

3. Emergency measures and other after-sales service measures:
(During the warranty period, we will respond within 30 minutes after
receiving the customer's fault notice, and promise to send someone to the
site within 4-8 hours for maintenance services.)
If there are other non-use function failures that cannot be solved in a
short period of time, our company will issue a written report.
If the repair is not repaired for more than two days, our company provides a

Chair maintenance
